When can I return an item?

Because gold and silver prices move with the market, we accept returns for a full refund in cases of manufacturing defects, shipping errors, or items damaged in transit. Returns for reasons of market price movement or personal preference fall under our live-spot buyback above rather than a refund. To start any return, notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.

How to return an item

Request authorisation

Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number. We'll review and, if eligible, issue a Return Authorisation (RMA) number.

Pack & label securely

Return the item in its original, unopened condition with all packaging, certificates and documentation. Mark the RMA number clearly on the parcel.

Ship insured & tracked

Send it back using a fully insured, trackable service for the item's full value. Share the tracking number with us.

Inspection & refund

Once received and verified, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Return conditions

  • Original, unaltered and unopened condition
  • All original packaging, capsules, certificates & documentation included
  • Free from tampering, scratches or assay/testing marks
  • Accompanied by your order number or receipt

Refunds & timing

Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of inspection, back to your original payment method. Where a defect or our error caused the return, we also cover your return shipping. Otherwise, return shipping and insurance are the customer’s responsibility.

All bullion, bars, coins and custom-engraved items are final sale unless they are defective, incorrect, or damaged in transit. This does not affect your statutory rights, and the live-spot buyback remains available to you at any time.
