How do I place an order?
Add your bullion to the cart, go to checkout and enter your details, then choose your cryptocurrency. A QR code and payment address appear right on the page — pay from your wallet and, once the payment confirms on-chain, your order is dispatched. Your USD price is locked the moment you place the order.
Which cryptocurrencies can I pay with?
Bitcoin (on-chain and Lightning), Ethereum, Monero, major stablecoins (USDT, USDC), Solana, Litecoin and 30+ more coins. Your total is always priced and locked in USD, so a moving market never changes what you pay.
Which Bitcoin/crypto rate do you use?
Prices track the live market and refresh continuously while you browse. When you place your order, the exact crypto amount is calculated and locked on your payment invoice for a short window.
Why is the crypto amount slightly different in the cart vs the invoice?
Prices shown while browsing are live estimates that update every few minutes, so there can be a small difference by the time you reach checkout. The amount on your invoice is the exact, locked figure.
Will you keep my credit card details on file?
We never touch payment cards — checkout is 100% cryptocurrency, paid directly from your own wallet. There are no card details to store.
Can I change or cancel an order after submitting it?
Contact us as soon as possible. Before your payment confirms we can usually amend or cancel the order; once your crypto is confirmed on-chain the order is final, but our live-spot buyback is always available.
