How do I place an order?
Add products to your cart, go to checkout, enter your delivery details (no account required), choose a cryptocurrency, and pay. Your USD total is locked when you check out, and we dispatch insured, discreet delivery once the payment confirms.
Which cryptocurrencies can I pay with?
Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Monero (XMR), Tether (USDT), USD Coin (USDC), Litecoin (LTC) and Solana (SOL). Monero is paid directly to us on-chain for maximum privacy.
Is there a minimum order?
No fixed minimum. You can buy a single fractional coin or a kilo bar — every item is priced live against spot.
Do I need to verify my identity (KYC)?
Not for standard orders — only a delivery address is needed. KYC verification is required only for orders above $50,000, in line with anti-money-laundering rules. See our Compliance & KYC page.
How is my order shipped?
Fully insured and tracked, in plain, unmarked, tamper-evident packaging with no indication of the contents. An adult signature is required on delivery, and our insurance covers the parcel until you receive it.
How long does delivery take?
Around 90% of items are in stock and dispatched within one business day of confirmed payment. Transit time then depends on your destination and the carrier used.
Can I return an order?
Yes, subject to our returns policy. Because bullion is priced against a moving market, premiums on opened or market-priced items may be non-refundable — full details are on the Returns & refunds page.
Do you buy gold and silver back?
Yes. You can sell eligible bullion back to us and be paid in cryptocurrency. Request a quote on the Sell to us page.
How do you protect my privacy?
We collect only what's needed to fulfil and ship your order, pay-in crypto keeps banks out of the loop, and we offer a Tor onion site for IP-private, censorship-resistant access. We never sell your data.
