All packages shipped by Bitgolder are insured under specific conditions. In the rare event that your order is Lost in Transit, it is crucial to contact us immediately. For USPS, Lost in Transit is defined as tracking not updating for 5 or more calendar days, while for UPS, it is 3 calendar days. You must reach out to us within 7 days since the last tracking for USPS and 3 days since the last tracking for UPS. Failure to do so within these timeframes will result in the package not being covered by insurance.
Upon contacting us, we will conduct a thorough investigation with the carrier and initiate the claim process. Please note that the claims process may take 30 or more days to resolve, and many Lost in Transit shipments end up being delivered late. If the package is eventually delivered, you must notify us within 24 hours.
