Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?
No. Customs duties, import VAT/GST and clearance fees are included in the price you pay at checkout, so there is nothing extra to pay when your parcel arrives.
What if the courier asks me for a customs payment?
Please don’t pay it. Contact us with your order number and we’ll deal with it directly. Under our duties-included policy you should never be asked to pay on delivery.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard insured shipping is $19.95, free on orders over $500. Express priority is an optional +$65.
How long will delivery take?
EU orders ship within 1 business day of payment confirming. Typical transit after dispatch is 1–2 business days to the UK, 1–3 business days within the EU and 3–7 business days to the rest of the world. Customs clearance outside the UK and EU can add a few days.
Is my parcel insured and tracked?
Yes. Every parcel is fully insured in transit, tracked end to end and delivered against a signature.
