Returns: You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Refunds: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

  • Customers may return their coins to Bitgolder within 7 days of receipt, except for final sale/clearance items, and are encouraged to carefully inspect and evaluate their coins during this period.
  • To initiate a return, customers must contact Bitgolder’s Customer Service Department by telephone within seven days of receiving the merchandise to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and specific return instructions.
  • Returns must comply with specific conditions, including the item’s original packaging and receipt, and Bitgolder reserves the right to reject any return that fails to comply with these requirements.
  • If you’re displeased with your purchase, you may return your coins to United States Precious Metals within 7 days of receipt, except for final sale/clearance items. Contact Bitgolder at (866) 923-2023 to request a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and specific return instructions.
  • Box all items securely in the original packaging, include the receipt, and address the package using the return address provided on the receipt. Your RMA number MUST be written next to the shipping label on your box. Ensure the package is insured for the proper amount when mailed back to Bitgolder.
  • Notify Bitgolder’s Customer Service Department by telephone within seven days of receiving your merchandise to initiate the return process. Returns without an RMA number will not be processed.
  • The condition of the coins must be the same as when received. Bitgolder reserves the right to reject any return that fails to comply with these requirements.
  • Exchanges may incur a $50 processing fee, and Bitgolder reserves the right to find an acceptable replacement before issuing a refund. Refunds will be processed after the returned items have been received and verified.
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • This return process ensures a good customer experience and efficient handling of returned items.
