At Bitgolder, we provide comprehensive insurance coverage for all shipments. Should any issues arise during the transit of your package, our insurance policy will safeguard it, subject to the conditions specified in Section 13 of our Terms and Conditions. We urge you to review this section attentively.

In the event of a lost or damaged package, we will proceed with a claim. We retain the discretion to either re-ship your items or issue a refund.

It is advisable to decline acceptance of any shipment that shows signs of damage or tampering, as the shipping insurance ceases upon signing for or receiving the package. When refused, the package(s) will be returned to Bitgolder for inspection. If you have received a damaged or tampered package, please retain all packaging and reach out to Bitgolder within 48 hours for additional guidance. Failure to report any damage or tampering within 48 hours from the signature or delivery date may affect our ability to process your claim.

The arrival of your order is determined by three main factors:

1. Payment Receipt: Upon receiving your payment, you will be sent a Paid email. Please note that checks and wires must be initiated/sent by you.

2. Holding Period: After the payment is cleared, we will hold the order for a specified period. The hold periods for each payment method are detailed in the checkout and your confirmation email. In some cases, such as fast cryptocurrency payments like BTC lighting network, the hold may be instant.

3. Shipping Method and Transit Time: Our 3-Day Air shipping method is the fastest and most reliable, typically delivering within 1-3 business days once in transit. USPS, on the other hand, is less consistent in both transit time and tracking accuracy.

At Bitgolder, we do ship internationally and collaborate with numerous postal services worldwide. If your country is not included in the list of supported countries, we will utilize a proxy postal service and your local postal service to ensure the delivery of your product. If you with otherwise please write a note in your order submission process regarding “no signature postal service”

Depending on your payment method, it is feasible to have your order shipped to an address different from your billing address. If you make payment with Ethereum, Ripple, or bitcoin, you have the flexibility to have your order shipped to any desired address.

All packages shipped by Bitgolder are insured under specific conditions. In the rare event that your order is Lost in Transit, it is crucial to contact us immediately. For USPS, Lost in Transit is defined as tracking not updating for 5 or more calendar days, while for UPS, it is 3 calendar days. You must reach out to us within 7 days since the last tracking for USPS and 3 days since the last tracking for UPS. Failure to do so within these timeframes will result in the package not being covered by insurance.

Upon contacting us, we will conduct a thorough investigation with the carrier and initiate the claim process. Please note that the claims process may take 30 or more days to resolve, and many Lost in Transit shipments end up being delivered late. If the package is eventually delivered, you must notify us within 24 hours.

Certainly! When products are shipped via Postal Service, we are able to ship to a P.O. Box. It’s important to note that insurance on shipments to P.O. Boxes ceases as soon as the package is marked as delivered.
