At Bitgolder, we are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Due to the precious and market-sensitive nature of gold and silver, our return policy is designed to protect both our customers and the integrity of our pricing.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only in cases of manufacturing defects, shipping errors, or items damaged during delivery.
Returns for reasons related to market fluctuations, price changes, or personal preference cannot be accepted.
You must notify our Customer Service Department within 30 days of receiving your item to request a return authorization.
Initiating a Return
All returns require a Return Authorization Number (RMA) before being shipped back.
Once your request is approved, you will receive return instructions along with your RMA.
Returns without a valid RMA will not be processed.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, the item must:
Be in original, unaltered, and unopened condition
Include all original packaging, certificates, and documentation
Be free from tampering or testing marks
Include a copy of the original receipt
Shipping Your Return
Package the item securely to prevent damage during transit
Clearly mark your RMA number on the package
Use insured and trackable shipping for the full item value
Customers are responsible for all return shipping and insurance costs
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds will be issued within 3–5 business days after inspection and verification
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable
In some cases, an acceptable replacement item may be offered instead of a refund
Important Information
All bullion, bars, coins, and custom-engraved items are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective or incorrect
Bitgolder reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet the above conditions
