Is my package insured while in transit?
At Bitgolder, we provide comprehensive insurance coverage for all shipments. Should any issues arise during the transit of your package, our insurance policy will safeguard it, subject to the conditions specified in Section 13 of our Terms and Conditions. In the event of a lost or damaged package, we will proceed with a claim and either re-ship your items or issue a refund.
My package appears damaged or tampered with. What should I do?
Decline acceptance of any shipment that shows signs of damage or tampering, as shipping insurance ceases upon signing. If you have received a damaged package, retain all packaging and contact Bitgolder within 48 hours for guidance. Failure to report within 48 hours may affect our ability to process your claim.
When will I receive my order?
Your order arrival depends on: 1) Payment Receipt - you'll receive a confirmation email. 2) Holding Period - varies by payment method (crypto payments like BTC Lightning are instant). 3) Shipping Method - our 3-Day Air delivers within 1-3 business days.
Will I need to sign for my package?
We ship internationally and collaborate with postal services worldwide. If you prefer no signature, please write a note in your order submission requesting "no signature postal service".
Can I ship to a different address than my billing address?
Yes! If you pay with cryptocurrency (Ethereum, Ripple, or Bitcoin), you have the flexibility to ship your order to any desired address.
How do I choose my shipping method?
During checkout, select your shipping in the "Shipping Method" section. Free shipping uses USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other carriers at our discretion. You can upgrade to fast 2-3 day delivery for a small fee.
What happens if my order is lost in transit?
All packages are insured. If lost in transit (tracking not updating for 5+ days USPS, 3+ days UPS), contact us immediately. We'll investigate with the carrier and initiate claims. The process may take 30+ days. See Section 13 of our Terms for details.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
Yes! We can ship to P.O. Boxes via Postal Service. Note that insurance on P.O. Box shipments ceases once marked as delivered.
