Is my package insured while in transit?
At Bitgolder, we provide comprehensive insurance coverage for all shipments. Decline acceptance of any shipment that shows signs of damage or tampering, as shipping insurance ceases upon signing. If you have received a damaged package, retain all packaging and contact Bitgolder within 48 hours for guidance. Failure to report within 48 hours may affect our ability to process your claim.
