When refused, the package(s) will be returned to Bitgolder for inspection. If you have received a damaged or tampered package, please retain all packaging and reach out to Bitgolder within 48 hours for additional guidance. Failure to report any damage or tampering within 48 hours from the signature or delivery date may affect our ability to process your claim.

The arrival of your order is determined by three main factors:

1. Payment Receipt: Upon receiving your payment, you will be sent a Paid email. Please note that checks and wires must be initiated/sent by you.

2. Holding Period: After the payment is cleared, we will hold the order for a specified period. The hold periods for each payment method are detailed in the checkout and your confirmation email. In some cases, such as fast cryptocurrency payments like BTC lighting network, the hold may be instant.

3. Shipping Method and Transit Time: Our 3-Day Air shipping method is the fastest and most reliable, typically delivering within 1-3 business days once in transit. USPS, on the other hand, is less consistent in both transit time and tracking accuracy.

Failure to do so within these timeframes will result in the package not being covered by insurance.

Please note that the claims process may take 30 or more days to resolve, and many Lost in Transit shipments end up being delivered late.
